Option 1 ($250): 1 hour session, minimum of 50 images to choose from, online viewing gallery.
Option 2 ($475): 1 hour session, 70 images on cd with shared copyright.
Option 3 ($650): 2 hour session, 100 images on cd with shared copyright.

OPTION #1 ($250)
The first option includes an online viewing gallery only (no cd). This option exists for the convenience of family members/ party attendees to select and order only their favorite prints. I’d recommend this package if each family/ attendee is mainly interested in pictures of themselves or a handful of images. The session fee mainly covers my time, travel expenses and expertise. Popular choice for family reunions or playgroup gatherings.
OPTION #2 & #3 ($475 & $650)
The second and third option includes the cd with shared copyright. Regardless if you choose option 2 or 3, the pictures belong to you as well as me so you may print as many as you’d like, however you’d like, and when you’d like.* One finished cd will be created and provided to the leader of the group. The disk will contain images in both hi-resolution suitable for printing as well as web-only appropriate format. Online viewing gallery is also available upon request.

I’d like to make your event run as smoothy as possible and have a few ways to do so. Should you choose me as your event photographer I will send you an email complete with the above flyer as well as the terms and conditions so that you may review it ahead of time and even forward it to all involved. I will also send out a questionnaire that gives you an opportunity to express what you’d like me to capture while providing the basics necessary to complete your file.
To make your job easier, I would also be delighted to correspond directly with the group directly if I’m provided contact email addresses. Organizing a large event is time consuming and complicated. I’m here to help! Come to think of it, I have a certificate in Meeting Planning from Travel University International. Perhaps I’m finally putting it to use!

What about payment?
Payment is accepted for one lump sum by cash, personal check or money order and due at the time of event.
Location, Location, Location
I travel within a 30 minute radius for no additional charge. If your event is beyond this range, there is a $25 fee to compensate for the gas and time to get there.
The party leader is responsible to obtain any permit or pay any fee required by the venue for photography. Many places only allow professional photography for a fee and/or may have restrictions against it.
