Generations

I admit that once in a while, I complain or feel sorry for myself when I think about the fact that most of my family members live out of state. However,  if I stop and think about it a moment, I realize that I’m grateful they still live in the same country and not half way around the world! (Perspective is important, my friends, and I need a dose of reality far more often than I get). I’m also grateful for the fact that my family members are still around and available on a daily basis. This session is a celebration of family and life. Sadly, a key member is missing from the images, but I have a feeling he was there in spirit, especially towards the end, when things felt especially peaceful and everyone was simply enjoying the sunshine.  R&R, thank you for the opportunity to photography your family; it was great to meet you! I hope you cherish these moments.
