It’s been said (by none other than this client) that the evening light in California is different from anywhere else. This particular evening contained an abundance of that golden glow, and we tried our best to capture it on film… err, memory card. We started the session with a bang, literally. The littlest angel you see here had a nasty spill, and for the first time, I did not have band-aids in my backpack. Luckily, Mom and Dad were prepared. After a couple purple bandages, all was right again in the world. Zubin and Swati, I hope you enjoy the photos and keep them as a reminder of days full of tears, goofy faces, and laughter.

Just over a year ago, I had the privilege of photographing Laura and Alan’s wedding. Now they have a brand new bundle of joy; I couldn’t be happier for them! I tried to capture a little of everything: baby feet, hands, baby awake, asleep, meaningful jewelry, adoring looks, and of course… a few literary props. I cannot wait to watch this little man grow up. Congratulations you two! Enjoy the pictures.

I love watching these girls grow up! Little Anna Sophia was just a baby when I first photographed her, and now she is running around like a little sprite in pig tails. Mia is as precious as always, and I can always count on her for great parent/daughter shots. Alexis and David, thank you for your patience on a hot day, in a very crowded Balboa Park.
